REBORN Models is dedicated to providing work environments where our represented models (“Models”) are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism, free from any form of discrimination or harassment.
Any form of discrimination and/or harassment within professional working environments will not be tolerated by REBORN Models. If any of our Models experience or witness discrimination, sexual, and/or other unlawful harassment while working, we encourage them to report it immediately to their managers or via email at info@rebornmodels.com. All reported allegations of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation brought to the company will be investigated promptly, thoroughly, and impartially.
REBORN Models is committed to providing a professional environment for our Models that is safe, healthy, comfortable, and efficient. The following guidelines outline the practices and standards expected of employees, customers, clients, brands, contractors, and other agents in their professional interactions with REBORN and REBORN’s Models. These guidelines are not exhaustive and do not replace any current laws or regulations of any country in which REBORN conducts business.
— Images and/or videos in which Models appear nude, partially nude, in see-through attire, a bathing suit, lingerie, and/or wearing furs require express prior written approval.
— Customers and brands working with Models are expected to take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the Models are protected and maintained at all times while Models provide services.
— Model images and/or videos may not be altered or distorted beyond reasonable and customary editing.
— Behind-the-scenes footage may not be taken of a Model unless express prior written approval is provided. If approved, such footage may not be taken when a Model is nude and/or changing clothes, before being hair and make-up ready, or any other time a Model has an expectation of privacy.
— Models will be allowed to take regular rest periods to ensure they can maintain suitable amounts of rest and refreshment while delivering services.
— No person should impose upon the Model any action or activity which is dangerous, degrading, unprofessional, or demeaning.
— Individuals may not be under the influence or in possession of illegal drugs or alcohol in the workplace (including unauthorized use of prescription drugs).
— No person may coerce Models into diet or weight loss regimens that may negligently endanger the Models’ health or safety.
— Customers and brands are responsible for making adequate security arrangements when necessary.
— Confidential Model information and the terms of agreements under which a Model is contracted shall not be disclosed, except with prior written consent or when necessary in the performance of the customer’s and brand’s obligations.
Educational materials regarding sexual harassment prevention and response are also available to Models upon request. Models are encouraged to report conduct which they reasonably believe offends REBORN’s ethical or professional objectives, even if not expressly listed above.
